  • Can you do custom logo & custom shape?
    Yes, we support OEM & ODM, including custom-printed / debossed logo, custom glaze color and new mould development for new shapes.
     
  • Can I custom glaze / surface color?
    Custom glaze is available, subject to MOQ. Minor color difference exists due to kiln firing.
     
  • Can you develop new mould for new design?
    Yes, mould cost will be charged, mould ownership can be discussed based on order quantity.
     
  • What is your typical project workflow for a new custom collection?
    Brief review → material suggestion → prototype sampling → tooling confirmation → pre-production sample → mass-production → custom export packaging.
     
  • Can I get samples before bulk order?
    Yes, sample is available. Sample cost and freight will be charged.
     
  • Is sample fee refundable?
    Sample cost can be partly deducted from your bulk order when order quantity reaches certain amount.
     
  • What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
    MOQ depends on items. For existing items, MOQ is lower, for custom-designed products, higher MOQ will apply.
     
  • Can I mix different items in one order?
    Mixed items are acceptable, please consult our sales for details.
     
  • How can I get quotation?
    Please send us your requirements: item, quantity, logo request, delivery address, we will send formal quotation.
     
  • Which Trade terms you support?
    We work under EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP.
     
  • Is your product food-safe?
    Products can pass LFGB / FDA food-grade test.
     
  • Can ceramic go into dishwasher & microwave?
    Most of our ceramic items are microwave & dishwasher safe. Decal printed items suggest hand-wash for longer service life.
